LAWN CHEMICALS
The Short Version
- We will apply lawn treatments before or during rain so it may be watered-in.
- Do not allow people or animals on treated areas until grass is dry.
- We will leave a chemical notification sign on the lawn, it must remain present for 48 hours by law.

Fertilizer: Milorganite 6-4-0 (EPA#: Non-Regulated)

- HEALTH HAZARDS: CAUTION! CAUSES EYE IRRITATION. HARMFUL IF INHALED. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Prolonged or frequently repeated skin contact while handling this material may cause allergic reaction in some individuals.
- ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to fish and highly toxic to other aquatic organisms including oysters and shrimp. Use with care when applying to turf areas adjacent to any body of water. Drift and runoff from treated turf may adversely affect aquatic organisms in adjacent aquatic sites. Do not apply directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not apply when weather conditions favor drift from treated areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters.

- HEALTH HAZARDS: When used as directed this product does not present a hazard to humans or domestic animals. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
- ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is toxic to aquatic invertebrates, oysters, and shrimp. Do not apply directly to water. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run-off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters, or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Sweeping any product that lands on a driveway, sidewalk, or street back onto the treated area will help to prevent run-off to water bodies or drainage systems.
- GROUND WATER ADVISORY: This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this chemical in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in ground water contamination.
Pest Post-Emergent: Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer (EPA#: 9688-250-8845)

- HEALTH HAZARDS: CAUTION. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco. Food utensils such as spoons or measuring cups must not be used for food purposes after use in measuring pesticides.
- ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is highly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters.
